Really helpful. Good to have a 'formal' process to guide us through.
The trainers have a very good working knowledge and they passed this on to us without it being 'death by PowerPoint.' The training team kept us engaged by allowing us to interact.
The training materials were good throughout the course. They were very informative.
The course was a good experience and it allowed me to develop a much better working knowledge of the PIM process and how to support colleagues.
